What counts as a social account?
Each profile, page or channel you connect counts as one — so an Instagram account and a Facebook Page are two. Monthly and yearly plans have no limit on accounts.
What are AI credits?
Each AI request uses one credit: a caption, a rewrite, an image or a piece of alt text. Credits renew every month, on yearly plans too. If you run out, the AI waits until they renew, or you can move up a plan.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. You can start on Starter for $15 a month and change plan or cancel whenever you like.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Change plan or cancel from Billing in your workspace. Plan changes are prorated, and if you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
How many workspaces do I get?
Each plan covers one workspace, with its own accounts, content, Brand Voice and people.
